How to Get Started
Setting up water service is straightforward. Follow these steps and you will be up and running in no time.
Visit Our Office
Come to our office at 20311 West Cheyenne Road, Buckeye, AZ 85326 during business hours. Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed 12:00 - 1:00 PM for lunch).
Bring Required Payment
New customers can establish their account with a Check or Cashier Check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for ongoing payments (2.75% processing fee applies). We no longer accept money orders.
Complete Paperwork
Fill out the service establishment form at our office. You will need your property address and identification. Our staff will walk you through the process.
Service Activation
Once your paperwork is processed and payment received, we will activate your water service. You will receive account credentials for our online bill pay system.

We no longer accept money orders for account setup. Please bring a personal check or cashier check for your initial payment.

Add Trash Service Too
When setting up your water service, ask about adding trash collection through our partnership with Belmont Waste. Monday and Thursday pickup, 95-gallon container for just $38/month with a $38 startup deposit.
