Our Well Sites
The infrastructure behind your water service. Learn how we source, treat, and deliver quality water to Rainbow Valley.
From Aquifer to Your Tap
Understanding the journey your water takes from deep underground to your home.
Groundwater Wells
Our wells tap into the deep aquifer system beneath Rainbow Valley, accessing naturally filtered groundwater that has been stored underground for decades. This ancient water source provides a reliable supply even during Arizona's driest months.
Water Treatment
Before reaching your tap, water from our wells goes through a treatment process that includes disinfection and mineral balancing. We follow all Arizona Department of Environmental Quality guidelines to ensure every glass meets safety standards.
Quality Testing
We conduct regular testing as required by the EPA's Lead and Copper Rule. Our water is monitored for contaminants, bacteria levels, and mineral content to ensure it meets or exceeds all federal and state drinking water standards.
Distribution System
A network of pipes carries treated water from our well sites directly to homes and businesses throughout Rainbow Valley. We are currently replacing valves throughout the area to ensure continued reliability of the system.
Water You Can Trust
- Water sourced from deep underground aquifers
- Naturally filtered through layers of rock and sediment
- Tested regularly for contaminants per EPA requirements
- Compliant with all EPA drinking water standards
- Continuous infrastructure investment and maintenance
- Valve replacement program currently underway
An aquifer is an underground layer of water-bearing permeable rock from which groundwater can be usefully extracted using a water well.
Our wells access this natural underground reservoir, providing Rainbow Valley with water that has been naturally filtered through layers of rock over many years. This groundwater source is more reliable than surface water, especially in Arizona's arid climate.
