Billing Policies
Payment Due Dates
Your bill is due on the date printed on your statement. If your account becomes past due, the amount is due immediately. Once current, your due date will revert to the normal billing cycle.
Disconnect Policy
Disconnect notices are sent 1 day after the previous due date for past due accounts. Service disconnection for non-payment typically occurs on the 10th day after the disconnect notice is issued.
Online Payments
When paying online, your payment may take up to one business day to process. If you receive a message after paying, please wait a day and check if the payment was applied before submitting again.
Annual Reports
Our annual reports are filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission and available for review upon request at our office.
